
IT ALL STARTED WITH AN IDEA…
We were just two friends, sitting together on a Saturday night and reminiscing old university days as international students where we would constantly miss home-cooked authentic Indian food.
We realized that we craved something that was home-cooked but at the same time helps anyone with a hectic work or university schedule. We exchanged stories related to our journey as international students in Australia and the perks and struggles that came with it.
We then decided to start something to make sure that we cater to every individual that is busy or has zero cooking skills or is just missing the authentic flavors and warmth of a home cooked meal.
Our head chef Vishwa is the official mum of our friend circle. From boxes of Indian sweets, curries, and chutneys to special delicacies like tiramisu were regularly delivered to spoil us and remind us of actual flavors that came with cooking a simple home meal.
Our Sous-chef Vruddhi is the official guinea pig and taste tester with some of her own Gujarati and South Indian flavored dishes and stories.
All our food is cooked with a lot of authenticity, warmth, and a whole lot of back stories. Both of us as home chefs are working towards perfecting our mum’s recipes to provide our valuable customers a hearty Indian food experience!
